Home Visit Coordinator

Home Visit Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Healthcare Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule home healthcare visits based on patient and clinical requirements. Assign and coordinate nurses, doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals. Liaise with patients, families and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor daily schedules, attendance, visit completion and any delays or changes. Maintain accurate patient and visit records in accordance with healthcare policies and DHA requirements . Handle patient queries, complaints and scheduling issues professionally. Prepare daily operational reports and support the Home Healthcare team.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related field. 2+ years’ experience in healthcare coordination/home healthcare operations in Dubai/UAE. Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory). Preferred: UAE healthcare experience preferred.
