We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join the team at Bluegreen's Club 36. In this role, you will maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Responsibilities Include
Ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is functioning accurately. Respond to guest calls for in-room repairs and maintenance. Painting/staining, drywall and vinyl repairs Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance. Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
Qualifications
