IAM Engineer - LATAM

Job Description: Aubrant Digital is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support a large-scale identity environment spanning approximately 50,000 Azure/Entra ID users and 75,000+ Sail. Point-managed identities. This role is accountable for identity governance, privileged access management, and federation across a complex, security-sensitive enterprise landscape.

Must-Have Requirements Hands-on specialist experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID administration at enterprise scale (tens of thousands of users). Sail. Point Identity Governance experience, including identity lifecycle and access certification processes at scale (75,000+ identities). Cyber. Ark privileged access management (PAM) implementation and administration experience.

Ping Federation and federation protocol expertise (SAML, OAuth/OIDC). Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration experience. Design and management of user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. Should-Have Requirements Scripting ability (Power. Shell, Python) to automate identity lifecycle and reporting tasks. Experience supporting security compliance and audit requirements tied to identity governance.

Process-oriented mindset for identifying and closing access-governance gaps. Could-Have / Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience with SSO/MFA rollout and adoption programs. Exposure to zero-trust architecture principles Experience integrating IAM platforms with Service. Now for access request workflows. Ideal Candidate Traits: Curious, proactive, and collaborative.
