Medina, OH Plant is seeking a CDL Truck Driver for a Day Cab Unit What We're Offering: Earn up to $2,100 weekly/$90,00+ annually $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Quarterly Sign-on Bonus Component pay includes hourly, mileage, stops and drops pay Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental and vision coverage after 60 days of hire Company-paid Life, AD&D and Disability Company-paid Pension 401(k) retirement plan w/no company match Union Membership Generous Employee Purchase Discounts What You'll Do: Safely transport Tempur Sealy products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.

Deliver and unload products at customer locations Pick-up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Represent Tempur Sealy professionally with customers and the public Operate in compliance with the company safety standards and DOT regulations What You'll Need: Minimum of 12 months' worth of verifiable CDL-A experience No more than 1 accident or 1 moving violation in a 12-month period, in the last 3 years No DUI, DWI or DWAI charges in a commercial motor vehicle or in a personal vehicle within the previous 7 years No conviction associated with a recordable DOT accident No Driver's license suspension within the previous 7 years because of a moving violation, failure to pay fines, failure to appear, and/or failure to meet the obligations as required by the state licensing agency to maintain an active CDL #LI-DNP Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
