Sales Representative

As a Design Consultant, you'll meet customers in their homes and help turn their bathroom remodeling ideas into reality. You'll guide homeowners through the design process, recommend the right products and solutions, and help them make confident decisions about their investment.

Compensation

W-2, full-time commission role with uncapped earning potential

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000–$120,000+
• $800/week for 4 weeks of paid training

Requirements

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and iPad-based presentations
• Highly coachable, competitive, reliable, and self-motivated
