• Elementary Location Erin Elementary School (EES) Contract Duration 10 months | 200 days Compensation Base Pay: $50,000 This is only an estimate based on the lowest number of years of service and degrees earned. Actual pay is dependent on the highest degree earned, number of years of relevant experience, and supplements included in the contract. Job Description You can view the full job posting here. Erin Elementary School in Erin, TN, is a close-knit campus of roughly 350 students. EES seeks an exceptional special education teacher to join a collaborative district team of special education teachers, assistants, and supervisors. In this role, you will design and deliver specialized instruction for students with disabilities, develop and implement compliant IEPs, and use data-driven strategies to promote academic and social-emotional growth. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans, collaborate with general educators and related-service providers to support inclusive practices, and maintain accurate progress monitoring and compliance documentation.
