Spotless glasses, fresh ingredients, and bottles at the ready don't happen by accident. A bar back efficiently stocks, cleans, and organizes the bar while communicating and working seamlessly with the bartenders. Requested Tasks -Eyes are always on the critical 6: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness -Anticipate items to stock during shift - prior to running out -Understand bar equipment and how to troubleshoot problems during shift (Low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys, etc.)
