Job Details: Job Location: Puyallup Post Acute

• Puyallup, WA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $16.66 - $22.00Hourly,
  Lift patients/residents in order to place them in a wheelchair or gurney.
  Push resident on a gurney or in a wheelchair safely.
  Use all equipment according to safety policies.
  Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, and outside contact professional staff
  Transfer identification records for the resident in accordance with the policies and procedures
  Prepare and maintain accurate record of Transportation Log and Mileage Log
  Attend and participate in in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs
  Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., as approved
  Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc., to your supervisor
  Replenish supplies necessary to perform the job function
  Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident information. Release information in accordance with established policies 2
  Must be able to function independently, be flexible, possess personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with other personnel Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School graduate or equivalent License: Must possess a valid state driver’s license in good standing Work Experience: Experience in working or caring for senior citizens preferred Language Skills:
  Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information, and to be easily understood through verbal communication in the English language. Communication Skills:
