Purpose Flaminia, the newly opened Italian seafood restaurant by award-winning Chef Giovanni Pilu at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, seeks experienced waiters to join our high-volume team. Perched above Circular Quay with stunning harbour views, we deliver refined coastal Italian dining inspired by Italy's port cities, featuring fresh crudo, pasta, and grilled seafood.

​ Key Responsibilities Greet guests, present menus, offer personalised recommendations on our Italian-focused wine list and seafood specials, and handle orders with attention to dietary needs. ​ Provide polished table service, including wine pours, dish presentation, and proactive check-backs in a high end dining environment.

​ Maintain venue standards during peak service, support team coordination, and ensure seamless guest experiences. ​ Skills and Experience At least 2-3 years in upscale restaurants, with proven wine knowledge and upsell skills. ​ Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, and availability for evenings, weekends, and events.
