• RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA, Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire) We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate order processing, and exceptional service. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and ensure timely, accurate service. Process orders and maintain customer records using company systems/WMS. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, invoices, and orders. Coordinate shipments, container dispatch/returns, and inventory activities. Communicate delays, discrepancies, and service updates to customers.

Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet service expectations. Maintain account procedures and documentation. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire Schedule: Full-Time, Monday

• Friday 8AM - 5PM Qualifications: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and be trained on company systems, processes, and procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
