- Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management and commercial strategy.
- Understanding of market segmentation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of local, national and international hotel markets.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and hotel commercial systems. Leadership

- Delphi FDC or equivalent CRM systems.

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Hotel Management or Business Administration is desirable. EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial experience within the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role directing hotel sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and market share objectives.
- Experience managing corporate, group and MICE segments.
- Previous people-management experience required.
- Hilton experience preferred
