Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Centre for Panor. Omic Sciences (CPOS) (Ref.: 537339) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) About Us Centre for Panor.

Omic Sciences (CPOS) is an academic research-support centre embracing multi-omics and big data biomedical research under the LKS Faculty of Medicine. The Role Assist with daily office operations, including procurement, payments, reimbursements, and invoicing Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency Handle service and payment enquiries from internal and external parties Provide customer service and support through effective written and verbal communication Support events, activities, and social media administration Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management Carry out other duties as assigned Qualifications and Qualities Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in advanced IT applications, including MS Office, particularly Excel Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Good organizational and interpersonal skills Strong sense of responsibility, a fast learner, highly motivated and attentive to details A good team player with the ability to work independently Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
