Operations Quality Trainer - SPX Express (Jakarta)

Develop a thorough understanding of the logistics express operational flow to identify opportunities for improvement. Train agents to recognize new fraud methods and emerging patterns. Bachelor’s degree in any field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience in project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in team management and leadership. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
