Japanese Interpreter

Any 4 years College graduate or Engineering graduate is an advantage 1-2 years relevant work experience. Speaking in Japanese language is an advantage. This is to communicate with Japanese members and to accurately interpret and translate GA related documents. Knowledgeable on Company-vehicle related activity Keen to details Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Adapts positively to changing circumstances Can adjust priorities and approaches when necessary Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information

1. Responsible for language translation and interpretation (Japanese and. English) and translate documents from Japanese to vice versa
2. Acts as company Japanese interpreter in the organization during internal or external meetings (Japanese, English)
3. Takes down dictations, transcribes, types and proof reads correspondences, memorandum and other documents.
4. Translate minutes of the meeting, e-mails, reports and other documents from/to English, Filipino and Japanese
5. Provide other types of Japanese-English/Filipino language support
6. Support all the expatriates needs and act as mediator to communicate well in the organization
7. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
