Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Out-Patient)

Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills of each child Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited college or school Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred Knowledge of sensory integration techniques, fine motor skills development, and adaptive equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy New graduates with pediatric clinical experience are welcome to apply!
