What will you be doing? Reporting to the Creative Manager, the Senior Graphic Designer will help shape Minelab’s evolution into a more premium global brand. Based in Florianópolis, you will create high-impact visual concepts and campaign assets across digital, social, CRM, websites, retail, events, and print. This is a hands-on creative role combining strong design craft, brand thinking, and an AI-first mindset .

About You

You are an experienced designer with strong visual judgment, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in new creative technologies. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience; Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills; Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI-enabled creative tools; A strong portfolio of campaigns, key visuals, and brand work; Strong typography, composition, art direction, and brand skills; Working proficiency in English; Strong communication and project management skills.
