Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assess residents and document changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Supervise and support nursing staff as needed. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications

Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous experience in skilled nursing or subacute care preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
