You will support production stakeholders on a 1st shift, onsite schedule (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm), delivering consistent throughput and accurate assembly under defined procedures. Your work directly impacts output reliability and downstream manufacturing processes. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical/electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per instructions and procedures Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm assembly sequence Position and handle very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies and perform in-process testing Follow safety policies and demonstrate consistent, punctual attendance Work variable schedules as needed, including potential nights, weekends, or additional hours Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 6 months to 1 year of relevant assembly experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship is helpful Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery Basic math skills and ability to read/interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures Ability to follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate effectively Here's What Else Might Help You Out Attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced environment Pay Range "$16.
