Instructors are expected to bring professionalism, enthusiasm, safe practices, and their own unique strengths to their teaching, while following all guidelines as outlined in the Rec Instructor Handbook.

Success in this position is measured by each instructor’s ability to build their own classes, develop positive relationships with students and parents, and graduate students up to the next level. Instructors work for the Site Manager, and teach with the support and guidance of a Coordinator who is in charge of setting the standards of instruction for the programs.
Instructors also implement and/or promote specific themes, skills, goals, projects, and events, as assigned. CSC Instructors also enthusiastically collaborate with site leadership to refine the customer experience - to the benefit of all students, parents, and staff. Ultimately, CSC’s priorities define the position: To TEACH.
