Aero Paint - 1st & 2nd shift

Aero Parts Paint 1st Shift : Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM & Friday 6AM-10AM 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-1AM & Friday 11AM-3PM Location: 2700 S Custer Ave, Wichita, KS 67217 Responsibilities: Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications Mix ratios for a variety of paint Fan while using a paint gun Operate, use and clean a spray gun Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers Ensure that all painted products meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Assist with other tasks as needed Requirements: Prior experience in painting or a related field preferred Ability to mix and match paint colors Knowledge of painting techniques and tools Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Hourly position EEO/AA M/F/VETERAN/DISABILITY
