Posting Title: Surgical Onco Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹4.5LPM to 5LPM Work Experience: Fresher Requirements: MBBS degree with a specialization in General Surgery (MS/Ch.M) or equivalent recognized qualification. Completion of a recognized postgraduate surgical residency program with demonstrated experience in oncologic procedures.
Proficiency in oncologic surgery techniques including radical tumor resection, lymphadenectomy, and margin-negative resections. Hands-on experience in GI cancer surgery (e.g., colorectal, gastric, pancreatic), breast cancer surgery (lumpectomy, mastectomy, sentinel node biopsy), head and neck cancer surgery (thyroid, oral cavity, laryngeal), and soft tissue tumor excision.
Strong understanding of cancer staging (TNM classification), surgical margins, and adjuvant therapy integration. Excellent surgical dexterity, decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments. Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and participate in on-call rotations. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and eligibility for NMC registration. spine and head injury
