CFO & Corporate Director (CFOCD) Papillon Executive For Client The Company Our client is a renewable energy company with activities across the entire value chain. The company is committed to sustainable practices that create both environmental and economic value. Purpose of the Role The CFO & Corporate Governance Director (CFOCD) holds overall responsibility for the company’s financial management, corporate governance, IT and OT systems, risk management and compliance, while supporting the company’s strategic growth.

The role will ensure professional and consistent management processes across the Nordic operations, serve as a key strategic sparring partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, and actively contribute to the continued industrialisation and commercialisation of the business. The CFOCD is a member of the Executive Management Team and reports directly to the CEO.
