Position Overview

The Niche Talent Headhunter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates for specialized, hard-to-fill, and high-volume hiring needs. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify active and passive talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates within aggressive hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates for niche, specialized, and high-volume positions. Build pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels. Conduct targeted outreach and initial candidate screening.

Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles. Manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS. Track pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting results. Provide talent-market insights for difficult-to-fill positions.

Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or headhunting experience. Proven experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill positions. Experience supporting high-volume hiring. Strong direct sourcing, candidate outreach, and networking skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.

• Associate degree in Business Studies or Human Resource or related field, or 3+ years proven experience in Recruiting
