OTR Dispatch Coordinator I

The objective of our OTR Dispatch Team is to provide comprehensive, proactive support to our clients by ensuring the timely execution of scheduled moves. This requires effective communication with Independent Contractors (ICs) as well as coordination with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

The OTR Dispatch Coordinator I will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will act as a central point of contact between drivers, Account Consultants, and the Closing Department, ensuring that all aspects of an order are executed accurately and documented thoroughly. You are expected to own each move from the time it appears on the Grid, through delivery, and until it is properly prepared for closing.
