Description NET Credit Union is seeing a motivated Desktop Support Specialist to work alongside experienced IT professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technology plays a critical role in daily operations.   • Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (rotating schedule) Schedules may vary based on operational needs This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package, including: M/D/V insurance 401k plan Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development opportunities Certification and training assistance Requirements Provide first-level technical support for employees across all branch and office locations; Assist with workstation refreshes, upgrades and technology deployments Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other peripheral equipment Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services Support password resets, account access requests and multi-factor authentication issues Install, configure and troubleshoot software applications Provide support for specialized banking and business applications Deliver friendly, professional and customer focused technical assistance Accurately document incidents, requests and resolutions Create, modify and disable user accounts; Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administrations Follow established IT security policies and procedures; Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate Participate in maintaining technical documentation and knowledge-based resources as well as branch technology initiatives and office expansions Support infrastructure, server and networking projects as assigned Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience Expand technical knowledge through training, mentoring and hands-on experience Occasional travel between branches Other duties as assigned
