Your Role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a CNA at Greenbough Health & Rehab, you will:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, etc.).
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
Provide companionship and encourage social engagement among residents.
Support nursing staff in delivering quality, individualized care plans.
Uphold safety standards and infection control procedures at all times.
Promote a positive, respectful environment that aligns with our core values of empathy, integrity, and excellence.
Your compassion and attentiveness will help create a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment for our residents.
Qualifications
Active CNA certification in the state of Mississippi.
Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Attention to detail and reliability in care delivery.
Physical ability to assist with resident mobility and daily activities.
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality care.
