Mobile Service Technician

Quirk Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently, and has a strong automotive service background. B-Level technician qualifications and ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel in a company-provided van to customer homes and workplaces to perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and recall services while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repairs, and recall services in a mobile environment

Provide excellent customer service and represent Quirk Ford professionally

Manage daily appointments and communicate with dealership teams

Accurately document completed work

Stay current on Ford training and technical updates

Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle

Qualifications

B-Level technician or higher preferred

Automotive service experience required

ASE/Ford certifications preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds
