Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist

About the Position: We are seeking a new team member at our Coral Springs, FL headquarters!

This person will handle incoming orders from our sales team throughout North America. This role requires team collaboration and impeccable customer service. We are a luxury brand within a niche industry, therefore familiarity to English equestrian products will be required. Key Skills: Organization Attention to Detail Math & Computer Skills Customer Service High School Diploma, or Equivalent.

Applicants with a college education are preferred A basic knowledge of the equestrian industry. Applicants with experience working directly with horses are preferred At this time we are only considering candidates who live within a commutable distance to our office in Coral Springs, Florida.
