What You’ll Do As our newest School Custodian , you’ll be the hero of the hallways! Your main goal as a Janitor is to keep the school environment safe, healthy, and tidy for students and staff. Perform general Cleaner duties like dusting, vacuuming, pulling trash, and sanitizing touchpoints. Keep the Custodian closet organized and restock restrooms so they are fully prepped for each day. Serve as a lead Cleaner for restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas as assigned by your supervisor. What You Bring To The Team A great attitude, dependability, and an eye for the little details. The ability to work independently and stay on task throughout your shift. Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively. Previous Janitor or commercial facility cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will fully train you! Why Work For The Budd Group?
