Retail Supervisor - Contract, Part-Time [S]

Reporting to the Manager, Retail Sales, The Retail Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of retail operations and supporting the retail team to deliver exceptional sales service to visitors. This position follows the correct procedures to open and close the main Retail Store and other retail kiosks and will ensure that daily cash floats are properly prepared for the retail areas; performs senior cashiering duties such as voids and returns; helps support sales associates with any issues that arise on the sales floor or on the POS; supports the Retail Managers with merchandising duties, merchandise markdowns when required, inventory management and loss prevention; and assumes responsibility for staff and store security in the absence of managers.
