• Follow all department and or company policies and procedures
• Support and treat all fellow associates, hotel leadership and hotel guests with respect
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) guidelines are constantly being practiced
• Stand for long periods of time which could include an entire shift
• Ability to safely and frequently lift, carry push or pull items up to 50 pounds
• Ensure proper personal hygiene at all times to include but not limited to; grooming, bathing, trimmed and neat nails, proper and frequent hand washing at all appropriate times (i.e. restrooms, smoking, touching of body parts, task changes etc)
• Follow proper local area and corporate sanitation procedures in regards to area and or kitchen cleanliness at all times including “clean as you go”.
• All food safety procedures and guidelines are retained and strictly followed at all times
• Report maintenance issues as they arise to culinary leadership :
