About the role

Passionate about helping others stay active and healthy? Health. Fitness is looking for a dynamic Group Class Instructor to join our team in Warren, NJ . This flexible, fill-in opportunity is perfect for instructors who enjoy leading fun, energizing classes and making a meaningful impact when coverage is needed. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.

2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $30/hr - $45/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
