Medical Director | Physician

Upperline Health is one of the nation's largest multispecialty physician groups leading the transformation of value-based care (VBC). We're rebuilding how healthcare works by integrating specialty care and primary care into a single patient-centered, coordinated model.

Upperline is seeking an M.D., D.O. or Geriatrician to join our clinical leadership team as Medical Director for our Atlanta market (northeast and east Atlanta metro).

This role is a mix of clinical, clinical leadership and VBC program management. The Medical Director must reside in market to be able to be able to easily visit clinics, connect with providers, advise on clinical improvements and assist in market opportunities. Approximately 30-50% of the time will be spent onsite in the clinic setting.
