Job Summary

the Human Resources (HR) Assistant provides administrative support to the HR team, the ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication and customer service skills. Salary Range: $18-21/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Prepare all required documentation for new employee orientation Onboard new employees including I-9 Verification and E-Verify Maintain personnel records in the company’s Human Resources Information System Respond to employee questions and route inquiries appropriately Assist with payroll processing and with recruitment activities Manage lobby and all incoming deliveries Order supplies Support consistent application of company policies and procedures Help to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Other duties as assigned Skills: Bilingual preferred: fluent in Spanish or in Mandarin Excellent communication and customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Works well independently and in a group environment.
