User Product Manager用户产品经理

1. Build and enhance product capabilities across the full user lifecycle, including activation, growth & tiering, retention, and re-engagement；

2. Understand user journeys and needs across industries such as gaming, 3D printing, and film & TV; leverage user research and data insights to identify key problems and drive product improvements；

3. Design foundational product features that help users recognize product value and develop long-term usage habits；

4. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive complex projects from ideation to launch, and iterate continuously；

5. Uncover pain points in user activation, engagement, and retention through data, and optimize key conversion paths. 1、负责用户全生命周期产品体系建设，覆盖用户激活、成长分层、留存与召回等关键环节； 2、深入理解游戏、3D打印、影视等行业用户的使用路径与需求，结合用户研究与数据分析，识别核心问题并驱动产品优化； 3、设计基础产品能力，帮助用户理解产品价值、养成长期使用习惯； 4、跨团队协作，推动复杂项目从规划到落地并持续迭代； 5、通过数据挖掘用户在激活、活跃与留存中的痛点，持续优化关键转化路径。

6. 1–3 years of product management experience; background in user-facing products, communities, creator platforms, or AI products is a plus;

7. Strong insight into user experience and behavior, with the ability to identify key opportunities from complex scenarios;

8. Familiar with user lifecycle methodologies and systematic understanding of user growth, engagement, and retention;

9. Strong data analysis and product logic skills, with the ability to drive decisions through data, user interviews, and experiments;

10. Excellent cross-team collaboration and execution skills, capable of independently leading complex projects.

• Experience with international/overseas products
• Familiarity with data analysis tools
• Interest or hands-on experience in AI, creator tools, or 3D technologies 1、 1-3 年产品经验，有用户产品、社区、创作者平台或 AI 产品背景者优先； 2、对用户体验与行为有敏锐洞察，能从复杂场景中提炼关键机会； 3、熟悉用户生命周期方法论，对用户成长、触达与留存有系统认知； 4、具备较强的数据分析与产品逻辑，能通过数据、访谈和实验驱动决策； 5、具备出色的跨团队协作与推进能力，能独立主导复杂项目落地。 加分项
