Health Promotion Specialist - Clinic - Eufaula

The Health Promotion Specialist supports the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of health promotion and wellness programs for citizens and communities of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. This position serves as a link between direct community education and administrative program support by facilitating health education activities, assisting with community assessments, coordinating events, maintaining program data and records, and preparing routine reports.

The incumbent promotes healthy lifestyles and disease prevention while providing operational and analytical support to the Health Promotion & Wellness Program under the immediate supervision of the Health Promotion & Wellness Director.
