Assist with luggage handling, room escort, and hotel orientation. Provide airport, pier, and local transportation services safely and professionally. Maintain hotel vehicles in excellent condition. Support VIP arrivals and deliver personalized guest experiences. Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless service.
High School Diploma. Valid Thai Driving License. Previous hotel experience preferred. Basic English communication skills. Strong customer service orientation.
