Grounds assistant position details: This is a Full Time (40 hours/week) position. The scheduled days are Monday

• Friday, day shift. The position does require an “on call” status during inclement weather, with the opportunity for an overtime bonus. Grounds assistant job duties include: Snow removal of entire grounds including parking lots and walkways. Lawn mowing of entire grounds. Clean all exterior entrances of leaves and debris. Sweep exterior areas to remove cigarette butts, garbage, etc. Perform landscaping tasks as directed. Keep the pond clean of debris. Provide assistance with valet parking of residents’ automobiles. Qualifications

Grounds assistant qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience as a groundskeeper is preferred. Must be willing to be called in during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather).
