We're hiring Operational Sanitation Workers for 2nd shift in Medina, OH: no experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Job Title: Operational Sanitation Team Member Company: Sandridge Crafted Foods Location: Medina, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 10 + hour shifts, start times between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Mon- Fri, some weekends Pay: Earn Up to $21.88 an hour with incentives! Base Pay: $17.38 per hour +$3.00 shift premium +$1.50 per hour Attendance Bonus (Weekly) — Reliable attendance = higher weekly pay About the Role Every product that leaves our Medina facility starts with a clean, safe plant, and that's where you come in.

As an Operational Sanitation Team Member, you'll keep our production floor running smoothly by handling the cleaning and upkeep that keeps bacteria from spreading and keeps our food safe. It's hands-on, steady work that matters: we truly couldn't make the food we do without this role.

What You'll Do

Collect and change trash throughout production areas to keep workspaces clean and clear Clear floor drains and keep them flowing to prevent standing water and buildup Refill and restock cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies so teams always have what they need Wash and sanitize food vessels, tools, and equipment parts using industrial dishwashing equipment Sweep, scrub, and maintain floors to keep walkways safe and sanitary Follow food safety, GMP, and chemical safety procedures every shift Spot and report sanitation or safety concerns so they get fixed quickly Work alongside production teams to support a clean, efficient operation What You'll Need Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold & wet food manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — training provided Ability to pass a background check and drug screen What's in It for You Benefits: health/dental/vision/pension 2nd shift premium pay Weekly & On Demand Pay Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Stable, Full-Time Employment Growth opportunities through internal bidding Sandridge Foods is located in Medina, Ohio and is a great place to work because we sincerely care about every employee, both personally and professionally.
