Summary The Inventory Replenishment Specialist at Carrier Enterprise is responsible for maintaining healthy inventory flow on assigned product categories, as well as communicating regularly with both HQ & regional personnel on inventory strategies, outages, requests and decisions. This role is the primary connection between Inventory Planning and CE’s regional / warehouse staff and requires a strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Tracks Purchase Orders from placement to arrival (pipeline reporting); communicates product outages / lates as directed by Inventory leadership Contacts assigned suppliers to expedite product when needed; provides support to Product Management team in measuring supplier performance When product is allocated from suppliers, works independently to determine deployment strategy across regions Regularly communicates with assigned regional / warehouse personnel to share inventory strategies, transitions, major outages, etc.
