As we continue to grow, we are looking for YOU to strengthen our team and help shape our future. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Work Location: Swindon (UK) or Langenselbold (Germany) Your Responsibilities Evaluate, develop and monitor supplier performance Plan, coordinate and conduct supplier meetings and reviews Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned product categories Take ownership of demand planning and inventory management Analyse sales trends, demand forecasts and market developments to ensure optimal material availability Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement requirements Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with national and international suppliers Your Profile Completed commercial or technical qualification, ideally supplemented by further training in procurement, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, procurement, or supplier management Strong product and market knowledge would be an advantage Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems Proactive, independent, and responsible approach to work Confident and professional manner with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills and strong intercultural awareness Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken What We Offer A secure position within a forward-thinking and growing company. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree OR the equivalent work experience Ten+ years of purchasing experience in wire/cable or aerospace/defense distribution preferred Proven leadership in procurement strategy and vendor relations Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Customer Service, professionalism and sales technique Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills Advanced ERP and analytical skills
