Job Summary:

Immediate opening for a career minded Automotive Office Accountant / Bookkeeper with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown Car Deals
• Post Car Deals
• Calculate Recaps and commissions
• Scan Deal paperwork to digital deal jackets
• Track Titles and Trades
• Process Lien payoffs
• Floor plan payoffs and advances
• Account for and transmit all aftersell products
• Reconcile reports and schedules
• Review and Clean Accounting Schedules
• Other tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
