We are looking for a Home Care Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team while helping ensure patient centered care remains at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will: Lead, support, and mentor frontline clinical staff Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care Help develop and support clinical team members Help recruit and retain strong clinical staff Establish and maintain standards for quality care Support clinical compliance, training, and professional development Identify opportunities to improve care and processes Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused team environment Provide clinical and administrative leadership alongside the Home Care Team What we're looking for: Missouri Registered Nurse license Three years of home care and management experience highly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff A positive, collaborative approach and strong commitment to patient care Lead where it matters.
