Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact As a GPU IP Execution Leader, you will help shape how our GPU organization plans, executes, and delivers world-class IP. You will lead a team focused on developing the processes, execution flows, and operating mechanisms that enable greater transparency, accountability, and repeatability across GPU IP development.

You will work across engineering and leadership teams to identify execution challenges, establish clear development practices and milestones, and create mechanisms that provide early visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks. Beyond execution, you will help shape the strategic direction of the organization, translating priorities into actionable plans and ensuring teams remain aligned around the outcomes that matter most.

Your leadership will help create a more predictable and scalable GPU development organization, enabling teams to consistently deliver high-quality IP that meets product commitments and advances Intel’s GPU strategy. Business group The Data Center Group (DCG) is dedicated to advancing Intel's role in powering the digital world with leading-edge technologies.

Focused on delivering innovative solutions for data center and cloud environments, DCG supports high-performance computing and graphics to enable capabilities such as AI, machine learning, and advanced visualizations. As part of the GPU IP Engineering team within DCG, you'll contribute to developing GPU systems that meet the evolving demands of the industry while supporting Intel's broader mission to create world-changing technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop flows and methods to deliver GPU hardware platforms with high quality and meeting all customer needs Deploy new flows to improve performance, power and cost for our HW platforms that meet or exceed customer demand Drive innovation in GPU development that can drive improve quality of results as well as improved schedules Use feedback from current and future programs to continuously drive improvements into our processes for development of GPU technology Help develop and drive strategy improvements in the GPU organization and technology to improve the competitiveness of GPU IP as well as advancing its capabilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, power, thermal, mechanical, and firmware, to address system development challenges and ensure optimal quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in hardware design and development with a Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years with a Master's degree OR 6+ years with a Ph.D.
  • Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools and board layout software for PCB design.
  • Deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, including power integrity, signal integrity, and thermal design.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, such as PCIe and OAM, and familiarity with testing and validation methodologies for GPU platforms. -Ideal candidate also has experience in program management in a hardware engineering company, helping develop consistent and transparent flows of execution Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technical leadership skills with a proven track record of driving complex hardware development projects.
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines, including architecture, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues in hardware design and bring-up.

00-311,890.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
