Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Overview At MGA Homecare, you don't need years of experience to make a difference. Responsibilities

Provide nursing care based on physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team. Support and educate patients and families. Complete accurate clinical documentation. Work alongside RNs and the clinical team to provide quality care.

Requirements

Active LVN license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Current CPR certification and TB screening, per agency requirements.
