Compensation

& Incentives

• Weekly Earnings: $1,000 to $1,500+ per week
• Pay Structure: Variable base rate combined with aggressive piece-rate incentives—the harder and faster you work, the more you make.
• Crew Leads: Highly competitive rates for established crews who can hit the ground running.

Service Area

• This position covers the Northern California corridor ranging from Bakersfield up through Visalia and surrounding local markets.

• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, and load heavy roofing tiles in outdoor conditions.
