Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and team efficiency. Assist with pre-opening setup , including small wares, equipment, and operational procedures. Lead by example, training and developing staff to maintain high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.

Work closely with the culinary team to ensure quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings. Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to drive profitability. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards .

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in hospitality. Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure. Knowledge of TOAST POS systems, inventory management, and operational procedures is a plus.
