Housekeeper

Location: 3500 Springhurst Commons Dr, Louisville, KY 40241 Property: Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Northeast About the Role Ensure clean, comfortable, welcoming guest rooms and spaces that meet Residence Inn by Marriott standards. Pride in detail and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, amenities) to brand standards.
• Strip linen, remove trash, restock amenities and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items immediately.
• Follow all safety and chemical-handling procedures.
• Keep cart and storage areas organized.
• Meet daily productivity standards.
• Assist with public areas, laundry, or other duties as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for any suite or extended-stay rooms (kitchens/living areas) where applicable. Required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Preferred
• Prior hotel or housekeeping experience.
• Familiarity with brand standards.
