We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

Prepare buyer's orders and all required documentation for retail vehicle sales

Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently

Review purchase orders and sales deals in Tekion to ensure accuracy

Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules

Work closely with sales representatives and retail department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures

Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of automotive billing experience with new and used vehicle retail deals

Experience with Tekion preferred

Valid Texas driver's license

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and high ethical standards
