CNC Grinding Set-up Operator

Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a CNC Grinding Set-up Operator Put your grinding experience to work—if you’ve operated Walter, Agathon, Waida, Vollmer, EWAG grinders, or any multi-axis grinder this opportunity could be a great fit. Come join our Concord Twp/Painesville Team Shift Options:

• First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Second Shift: 3: 30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Pay: Starting at $25+ Competitive pay based on experience,qualifications, and CNC expertise. plus $2 shift differential for 2nd shift. Your role

Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment. Load and secure workpieces and select appropriate tooling Monitor the grinding process and make machine or program adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances Use precision measuring equipment to verify part accuracy Make G-code edits as required Maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.

Preform routine machine maintenance and replace worn tooling At Fives Landis Corp, and under the direction of the Production Supervisor, you will join the Cutting Tools team.
